I helped establish our global non profit community of 160 organisations in 2017, and committed to accelerating the adoption of RegTech – a diverse variety of software solutions addressing the greatest compliance and regulatory challenges for all industries, everywhere in the world. I am leading and developing our member community to embrace ESG and deliver elevated value propositions to address these vital impacts to our planet, our social systems and the way we do business. Governments, Regulators, Institutions, Boards and Executives of businesses of all sizes benefit from unlocking better quality data and information to build trusted and more sustainable businesses and eco-systems that we help enable. Since early 2020, we have attracted 16.000 people from 85+ countries to our programs. We do this with independence as a trusted partner. I speak at global regulatory forums and sit on a series of committees commissioned by Government, Regulators and other Regulatory influencers to increase innovation and women’s participation rates and leadership. I recently co-founded a technology network of 8 organisations to foster closer collaboration and provide a consistent conduit for Government and am on the industry panel for Australian Securities and Investments Commission Digital Panel, global advisory committee of Women in Regulatory Innovation (WIRI) and Alliance for Innovative Regulation (US). I am a member of Chief Executive Women and am a regular guest lecturer at universities including Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Technology Sydney and Curtin University Perth. I have experience as a CEO, Board Director, in corporate communications, marketing, industry advocacy, research, policy and education in financial services including superannuation, insurance, investment banking, OTC markets, private equity, venture capital and technology. I have established diversity and ESG programs for industry over the past 15 years. I was named as one of the 100 Women of Influence for Innovation in 2019 by Australia's Financial Review. I enjoy taking people on a journey of seeing what’s possible as a collective. I aspire to follow regenerative leadership principles of Respect | Connect | Reflect | Direct.
