I've spent my career in Insurance and Technology through all the industry ups and downs. As a CIO for many years, I've developed key organizational strategies and implemented new platforms, organizational models, and have worked with many of the leading industry solution providers. In my role as senior principal with Aite-Novarica, I advise the insurance and tech C-suite on trends and opportunities. With expertise in P/C and Life/Annuity business transformation and IT transformation, I provide a real life view across the industry of how to navigate the changing insurance landscape. I also research and present emerging trends in technology with a focus on P/C Claims, IT operating models including Agile and anything new that is reshaping the industry.
