I have served in Chief of Staff, Director or related roles in the tech, consulting, finance, nonprofit and government industries. I am often the trusted advisor to CEOs, C-suite executives, executive directors and top elected officials. As a focused organizer and project planner, I consistently look ahead and anticipate needs before they arise. I am a natural problem solver with a strategic mindset. I am at my best with the seemingly impossible and am known for creating order out of chaos. I bring my deep understanding of business operations which allows me to easily identify systems and processes in need of greater efficiency and synthesize information to develop a recommended plan of action. Equally important, I establish the critical partnership with the chief executive easily and ramp up quickly in any industry. Critical to my success is being able to identify the underlying motivations of the leader, other employees across the organization and external stakeholders in which I must build relationships and influence. I am politically savvy and an ultimate connector who has the ability to be in the know about every project and connect the dots across the company.
