I’m a High-energy and innovation-driven HR Professional who excels at visioning, strategic planning, and program leadership to maximize the development for marginalized employees. Transformational get-it-done executive and talent cultivator who has catalyzed >$1M in savings and >$100K in revenue impacts through customer service and efficiency gains. Launched a global podcast in 2020 which is now also on YouTube. I joined D&I to leverage talent acquisition, employee development, and sponsorship initiatives on behalf of marginalized AT&T employees, co-founded their 1st Inclusion Council and led projects impacting 250,000 employees. Through my leadership spanning multi diverse segments, I served as a key culture change advocate and best practices champion. I rolled out a staff development and mentorship program that generated participant promotions, hosted career programs for college students, and led executive leadership tours. My efforts more than doubled attendance of a panel I created which is now my podcast. I activated a LGBTQ+ suicide prevention initiative and boosted diversity hires 90% by employing non-traditional recruiting practices. My AT&T legacy is my contributions as the WOC Program Lead which I took on in 2021. In this role, I upgraded enterprise-wide continuous learning and employee / social engagement for 200K and up-skilled allies and advocates for women of color. I designed the strategy and directed rollout of programming to strengthen the long-term capabilities of women of color.
