10+ years of experience in robotics. Currently I work as a Robotics Engineer at Exyn Technologies, writing software (C++) for commercial-grade autonomous systems and solutions. I have experience learning about new industries, identifying and translating our customers’ needs into technical requirements. With our strategic partners and customers, I drive platform performance analysis to measure our success and define product capabilities. During my PhD, I studied with Vijay Kumar and my research focused on actuation, sensing and control for micro-robots. I created and studied microscale systems that integrated synthetically engineered biological cells and magnetic actuation systems. I've also worked on stochastic particle robots and legged systems. I'm passionate about applying robotics technology to tackle dirty, dangerous and dull tasks in commercial applications. I also care deeply about increasing and retaining diversity in the field of robotics and engineering. Pronouns: she/her
