Many of today's young people are proficient users of software. From playing the video games of the moment to posting to social media - it's all second nature to them. Knowing how to use this technology is just a start - knowing how to create it is key. At CodEng, participants can choose to create video games, develop an app to use on the iPad, create a web page or program a robot. They are exposed to the latest developments in the industry, from artificial intelligence to cloud computing, cyber security and more. Coders also have the opportunity to attend our code camps, to visit Silicon Valley, train as an astronaut at Space Camp and more recently to Expo Dubai. As an MBA graduate with a number of years experience in the IT industry, I have a personal passion for getting young people excited about technology. To date I have successfully developed and published a number of applications both for iOS and Android platforms. In 2015, I founded CodEng to teach young people code in simple English.
