Analytical experience supporting a diverse portfolio of modalities including biologics, small molecules and cell therapy. Currently Leading all of Amgen’s large molecule reagent and therapeutic characterization efforts in Early Discovery. Experience in experiment design and implementation of both discovery and targeted proteomics for target validation, understanding mechanism of action and off-target activity of therapeutics.
