Experienced product and technology leader with P&L responsibility for AWS Applications. Lead global teams in product, engineering, data science, marketing, business development/sales, and operations. My current role involves leading AWS Applications. business bringing together the following businesses: 1/ Checkout and Identity Services (JWO, Amazon One, and Amazon Dash Cart), 2/ Amazon Connect, our cloud based contact center, 3/ AWS Supply Chain, our cloud-native supply chain service 4/ AWS Clean Rooms, a service to help companies securely collaborate without sharing underlying data 5/ Communication Services (Simple Email Service, Pinpoint, Chime SDK, and AWS Wickr) and 6/ End User Computing (Workspaces, Appstream). Last role at Amazon: P&L Responsibility for Amazon Go and Amazon Style (our first apparel store). Led the teams responsible for checkout and identity innovations for the company 1/ Just Walk Out (JWO) technology powering checkout-free retail stores. 2/ Amazon Dash Cart, a smart-cart that allows customers to skip the checkout line 3/ Amazon One, a biometric identity and payment service that offers a fast, convenient, contactless way for people to use their palm to make everyday activities like paying at a store, presenting a loyalty card, entering a location like a stadium, or badging into work more effortless.
