My leitmotiv is IT innovation and delivering new solutions to handle current challenges. From developer to advisor, I have taken all positions in IT projects, assuming roles of tech lead, architect, project manager or director while going older and doing bigger projects. Based on solid technical foundation and strong analytical mindset, I develop more and more a business role by adding business value to technical solutions: ''The best solution will never work if you're not able to sell it''. Biggest challenge : make other people move in the same direction and at same speed.
