MBA Finance, Master in Law and degree in Economics & Management with broad experience of HR, focessed on the ''figures and process'' side of HR. - Implemented and leading the Center of Excellence for Athlon International: providing the local HR partners in the countries all regarding: HR operations, policies, compliance, HR IT, Comp & Ben, Talent & Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance, Strategic Workforce Management, Reporting and budgetting - Implemented HR Shared Service department in ICL, covering serveral countries in the EU, including writting processes, implement KPI's, harmonize payroll providers. - Project finalized implementing Flexible Compensation for all employees in Spain: Jan 2013 - Project Finalized implementing a HR Shared Service Centre with SAP, for Payroll and HR Admin. March 2012: Harmonizing and optimizing all HR processes for all units within Spain (8 units 4.000 FTE), reorganizing the HR departments (from 53 to 35), implementing a SLA, etc. - Finalized 2 different Restructuring plans being the link with the local HR team, External Auditors, Finance and external provider for the individual cash flow plans for employees (reduction of over 400 FTE).
