Founder and partner of the law firm bnt attorneys in CEE in Warsaw. My areas of professional expertise include corporate and M&A, commercial and competition law. I have been providing advice on numerous multijurisdictional deals - leading due diligence analyses, drafting and negotiating transactional documents for asset and share deals. I advise on corporate matters and commercial contracts on a daily basis. I help entrepreneurs build and develop their distribution networks and consult retailers on issues related to consumer protection. I am a member of the bnt international M&A and Corporate Practice Group. Attorney-at-law since 2003, I graduated from the faculty of law of the University of Warsaw. In 2012 I completed 2-year post-graduate studies in competition law at the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). Previously worked in legal department of international auditing and tax consultancy firm - Roedl & Partner - advising German- and English-speaking investors. Native speaker of Polish and fluent in English and German.
