Bio

Dominique J Monlezun, MD, PhD, PhD, MPH is the world’s first triple doctorate-trained physician-data scientist and AI (artificial intelligence) ethicist. He creates pioneering AI-accelerated population health advances, policies, and ethics to help solve our world's most urgent health challenges and inequities, particularly in cardio-oncology and poverty (bridging both the personalized medicine and public health ends of the healthcare spectrum). He created Machine Learning-augmented Propensity Score adjusted regression (ML-PSr) statistics, BAyesian Machine learning-augmented Propensity Score translational (BAM-PS) statistics, the AI Health mathematical model, the AI-driven Efficiency-Inequity Index (AI-EII), AI-driven Computational Ethical and policy analysis (AiCE), Personalist Liberalism (global political economic model), Personalist Social Contract ethics (PSC), and Personalist Quantum Metaphysics after co-founding the preventive cardiology field of Culinary Medicine. Growing up in his underserved farming town inspired him to earn his MD (Tulane University School of Medicine) followed by his first AI-focused PhD (Global Health Management & Policy) and second PhD (Bioethics), for which Microsoft honored as the world’s top doctoral dissertation on AI ethics. He serves as Professor of Bioethics (Italy’s Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum and Mexico’s Universidad Anáhuac), Professor of Cardiology (Adjunct Asst. for University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and UT-Houston McGovern Medical School), Chief Data Scientist (Global System Analytics & Structures), Research Scholar (UNESCO Chair in Bioethics & Human Rights), Chief for the Section of Statistics and Ethics in addition to the Section of Health Disparities (Interventional Onco-cardiology Society), and Principal Investigator for over 50 randomized and cohort trials and studies. He authored the first three comprehensive textbooks on AI-driven health equity in global bioethics, multicultural metaphysics, and healthcare system management, in addition to over 350 peer-reviewed manuscripts, conference presentations, and book chapters generating 1,300+ citations and a 19 h-index, while teaching hundreds of physicians, researchers, and graduate students. As a lifetime AΩA Honor Medical Society physician, he has provided medical care for thousands of immigrant, incarcerated, and underserved patients, after dedicating his first clinical years after residency to giving back to the underserved rural Louisiana community that raised him. His wife and children are his most beautiful discoveries, and greatest joy.
