Don Jensen serves as the vice president of Business Development for the Multifamily and Student Housing sectors at Allbridge. The Allbridge Multifamily practice assists owners, managers, developers and general contractors to design and deploy the best possible resident-facing and sustainable building technology services. Our mission is to create relevant designs and deployable projects with minimal scope gap and uniform accountability across multiple technology platforms. We enjoy working with real estate professionals who want to take control of the technologies being deployed in their new-builds and retrofits, and focus on building strong relationships with every client consult. We will work through multiple iterations of a tech plan to ensure clear scope and projects that progress downhill, finishing on-time and at-budget. Allbridge is a company that has been built through delivering expertise and project execution across 21 years of deploying and supporting in-building converged networks. Our large, national field operations team manages an installation run rate of about 800 projects per year and growing. Once the project phase concludes and starting from the initial lease-up efforts to full occupancy of the building, Allbridge provides superlative customer support experience with in-house 24x7 customer service, providing a true design/build/support lifecycle enjoyed by the residents and staff alike. Don’s 24 year background in designing and installing in-building networks is extensive and varied. Initially, Don and his teams pioneered the very first public in-building Wi-Fi and structured cabling deployments, which evolved into the design/build/support of advanced converged networks known for significant bandwidth, accurate coverage levels and multiple applications working in harmony over the same network. Don’s attention to detail and strict adherence to project scope creates trusted partnerships that his clients have come to rely on.
