How can I help you? A global talent management strategist, workplace and career futurist, HR and executive search consultant, I have been involved in D, E & I since the days it was about Discrimination and Exclusion. Tactical and practical, I support organisations and their people to thrive not survive in a fast-changing world by building inclusive workplaces to attract source, train and retain their talent. By promoting gender balance and diversity, all businesses can unlock their full potential and achieve greater success. 🎯 I lead HR transformation projects to strengthen the talent pipeline by identifying systemic pain points in hiring and promotion processes to build a strong CVP (Candidate Value Proposition) and EVP. This involves designing and delivering bias mitigation strategies to counteract embedded resistance to change. 🎯 I have run hundreds of international executive search assignments, interviewed, placed, coached and trained tens of thousands of individuals. 🎯 Supported the creation of cultures of psychological safety via anti-sexism and harassment initiatives for major global organisations. Delivered direct training and eLearning programmes impacting 200K plus employees world wide. A certified career coach way before it was a ''thing'' (CBC and Ikigai) also a trainer I work with organisations, individuals, teams and their leaders to reach their potential, whatever that might be. 🎯 Despite (or because of) being a frequent contrarian, (I'm not a fan of BS.) for my sins I am a recognised HR Influencer. I review 100s of CVs a week and with a deep knowledge of the end-to end hiring process, appear in and run podcasts with leading voices in the career and inclusive recruitment sectors.
