I am a clinical psychologist in private practice. I work in a group practice composed of a diverse group of passionate and forward thinking therapists in Dubai, UAE. I am a true believer in the power of psychotherapy and various healing modalities. I believe we are wired for healing and growth. My approach is integrative. No one modality fits all clients. I'm licensed both in Ontario, Canada and here in Dubai to practice psychology independently. I also self-regulate in that I only work with people I truly believe I can help. I am a firm believer of multidisciplinary work and collaboration. I believe in awareness raising, education, and collaboration across various health and social sectors to break the stigma of mental health care. I'm excited about healthtech and the possibilities of technology enhances people's mental health. Psychologists are not what we once were many decades ago, sitting passively and listening, offering very little wisdom or support.
