Bio

Gareth is currently a lecturer and researcher at Rabdan Academy in the UAE (Abu Dhabi). His areas of expertise include Leadership in Policing, Diversity in Policing and Organisational Change. He has extensive frontline experience as a Police Officer working for local, regional and national Policing organisations. Academically Gareth holds an Llb, BA Hons, an MRes, an MSc. and a PhD. He is currently seeking to publish in Police recruitment, positive action and recruitment, and change management.
