I am a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years of experience in a wide range of projects for central government, local authorities and industry bodies, principally in the area of transport technology and intelligent transport systems. My work focuses on the development of strategies, identification of system requirements and management procurement processes for public and private sector partners. This has lead to roles on multi-million pound technology change programmes with a focus delivery of improvements to infrastructure, delivery of new technology solutions and with the associated business change and training to ensure success.
