I’m a chartered business psychologist, team and executive coach with almost two decades of experience leading lifecycle talent management and HR strategy as a consultant and in-house leader. I work with organizations to power business transformation, through people. I implement progressive people practices that cultivate inclusive and high performing cultures centered on colleague experience. My experience spans a range of complex environments, from high-growth tech scale-ups, to public sector transformations and Fortune 100 organizations in the UK, MENA, U.S. and Asia-pacific regions. Speaking engagements and publications: I'm a regular speaker at local and global conferences on topics such as HR transformation and change, culture, diversity and Inclusion, HR tech, high performing teams and a range of talent management topics. Conferences I've presented at include: the Annual Division of Occupational Psychology conference (UK), CIPD Applied Research Conference, International Psychology Conference Dubai, HR Tech MENA, SHRM Tech Middle East and ATD Middle East and a guest speaker for companies such as: HSBC, FAB, KAUST and Hub71. I’m a co-author of a book entitled Young People, Employment and Work Psychology: Solutions and Interventions, based on a high-profile talent program which I implemented in a local government organization in the UK to diversify the workforce and get disadvantaged young people from the community into work.
