Drisha has over sixteen years experience working in the card payment industry. Drisha has spent her career at Tutuka (now called Paymentology) growing the company from a start up to a true global player. She has held many positions in the company including Global New Business Head, Enterprise New Business Head, Global Client Services Head, Chief Sustainability Officer as well as board member. She has launched and managed several card programmes globally at Paymentology including the world's ''first companion card.'' Her current role at Paymentology as Global Head of Programme Management encompasses managing the division that provides customers with the entire ''Card in a Box''platform across several markets globally. Drisha strongly promotes diversity in the payment space and is an advocate for female leaders. In addition she is still responsibility for the Sustainability initiatives at the organisation which promotes ''Changing Lives'' across the globe. She is currently a mentor to two students from Alexandra township in South Africa. Drisha is a regular speaker on cards and payments at conferences globally. Amongst her accolades Drisha has been named as one of the Mail and Guardians top 200 Young South African's in Business category in 2016.
