Nemo is a Danish multi-award-winning Queer entrepreneur, published academic, head of a research cluster for 7 UK universities on Gender and Sexuality, former professional flautist to the Danish Queen Margrethe UU, and acclaimed keynote speaker. The realm and puzzles of pure Mathematics was personally gratifying but failed to present Nemo with significant real-world impact. The ambition to tackle worthwhile goals led Nemo down a more applied route, via game-theory and Bayesian probability theory, to eventually become one of Copenhagen University's youngest Research Associates ever in the Centre for Information and Bubble Studies (CIBS), and later PhD in Rationality Theory at University of Bristol. As an academic Nemo has presented work across the globe as an invited panellist on Game Theory and AI at New York University, as as speaker on Rationality Theory at the World Congress of Philosophy in Beijing, and in fields spanning Game Theory/Logic/Gender and Sexuality/Economics/Probability Theory and Philosophy across the globe. Nemo has worked internationally for the Danish government presenting joint technology ventures of world leading companies such as Maersk, Vestas, Grundfos, and Lego. Discussing Danish innovation with diplomats, industry leaders, and even royalty. Nemo’s drive and passion for technology and impactfullness naturally led down the path of Entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur, Nemo lead a team applying AI to tackle problems of cognitive conscious, unconscious, and systemic biases using next-gen Human Analytics, and a deep understanding of biases, skewed data, and DEI/AI pit traps. Nemo has sat in several top incubators in the world, including SETsquared Bristol, at the time the #1University Incubator in the world. Nemo's novel academic perspectives on entrepreneurship, their passion for Tech for Good, and their deep understanding of advantages and pitfalls of combining data, AI, and human processes, has lead Nemo to become a regular speaker on several top Podcasts, as a Keynote at conferences, and at large company events such as Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Octopus, Opus, and several dozen others. Nemo is Queer (non-binary), stands 202cm/6'8'', and with a weight of several degrees worth of experience, and combination of business and academic acumen, they are set out to change the world. One problem at a time. At the moment, they are working on eliminating bias in human analytics, in particular for recruitment. Watch out for change.
