Bio

Duane is an adversary simulation operator, security researcher, and manager at SpecterOps. His experience spans Fortune 100 clients across private and federal sectors and includes time spent in security operations, engineering, incident response, and penetration testing. Duane enjoys collaborating with clients through both an offensive and defensive lens to improve the detection and response capability of security programs. Duane also instructs training courses and workshops on various topics, such as red team operations, vulnerability research, and Windows internals, both privately and publicly at security conferences such as Black Hat USA, NorthSec, and SO-CON. He has also presented research and tooling at DEFCON and Black Hat USA.
