A 25-year career at the intersection of Finance and Technology spent as a Banker, Advisor, and Analyst helping financial institutions, FinTechs, tech providers, and regulators navigate tech-driven changes. As an investment banker at Rosenblatt Securities (NYSE's largest floor broker), my team helps fast-growing FinTechs raise capital, go public, and pursue M&A. I also lead our firm's efforts to facilitate the trading of Private Shares in the Secondary market. Recent FinTech deals include: - Tier 1 co-manager on Robinhood's IPO - Capital Markets Advisor on MoneyLion's SPAC - Co-manager on SOFI's $1.2Bill debt offering. I am responsible for organizing our flagship FinTech conference that showcases the most innovative companies. In 2021 and 2022, we focused on Crypto & Digital Assets with Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman, ARK's Cathie Wood, and 30 CEOs of cutting-edge Crypto/DeFi companies including Anchorage, FalconX, and Paxos. Prior to that, spent two decades researching tech innovations in finance, and advising executives at leading financial institutions how to navigate these changes. Published over 100 reports, spoke at events in 25+ countries, appeared on CNBC, Fox News, NPR, quoted in the press (Economist, NYTimes, WSJ, FT), and been a guest speaker at Boston College, Columbia, MIT, Northeastern Univ, NYU and SUNY Albany. On the global FinTech stage: - Spoken at the Singapore FinTech festival three times by invitation of the Monetary Authority of Singapore - Advised the Chinese government on-site in Shanghai on regulating FinTech lending. Invited by the Chinese government to speak about Blockchain in Guiyang province - Served on the World Economic Forum's Cybersecurity committee with meetings in NY, London, Singapore. During 2014-2015, I took a sabbatical to be a full-time MIT Sloan Fellow studying Innovation and entrepreneurship with 120 executives from 34 nations and received my second MBA.
