As a licensed Attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Real Estate Agent, I aim to build great value for my clients, investors, portfolio companies, employees, friends, family, neighbors, and those around me. I am passionate about individual freedoms, mental health, and breaking down false social constructs related to highly-regulated substances such as cannabis and psychedelics. To fully utilIze my skill sets, give back to the world and to feed my passions, I founded the following: ➡️Iter Investments 💰 - an investment firm tailored to deploy capital across the psychedelic and mental health ecosystems. ➡️Nucleus 📡 - a venture studio launching, acquiring, and partnering with brands and technologies that connect various psychedelic stakeholders. ➡️Mr. Cannabis Law 👨‍⚖️ - a full-service law firm exclusively focused on the cannabis and psychedelic industries. ➡️Mr. Psychedelic Law 🧠 - a non-profit focused on responsible legal reform for psychedelics to address the global mental health crisis. I plan to use the above four entities as a platform to build a future built on compassion, healing, and capitalism: 🚀Nearly every US state will allow cannabis in some form by the end of 2024, which will lead to federal legal reform by the end of 2026. 🚀MDMA for PTSD will be approved by the FDA and commercialized by 2024. 🚀Psilocybin for treatment resistant depression and major depressive disorder will be approved by the FDA and commercialized by 2027. 🚀We will see many more psychedelics and psychedelic analogues approved and commercialized by 2031. 🚀States will follow Oregon’s lead by legalizing psilocybin over the next 5 years. 🚀Municipalities will create programs that provide access to enteogenic plants and fungi for marginalized communities. 🚀Over the course of the next 10 years, tens of thousands of Psychedelic Centers/Clinics/Retreats will be opened across the US and the world.
