I am an experienced manager, consultant, speaker, entrepreneur and a doctoral researcher at Leeds University Business School. My expertise is Organisational change and Omni channel strategy.Recently I crafted a holistic Omni channel sales and marketing strategy with Iceland's largest shopping mall, to help them start their digital transformation journey. Small changes have already showed over 100% increase in performance.I have spoken at numerous events and conferences about the various aspects of Omni channel. My PhD research focuses on investigating the capabilities retailers need in order to change in the dynamic retail industry and how they develop these capabilities through the lens of Omni channel retail strategy.I hold a Masters in Fashion, Enterprise and Society from Leeds University and a B.Sc. degree in International Marketing. I have 12 years of marketing experience for international brands like Coca-Cola, Nike and various health- and wellbeing brands. I have led and transformed the only indoor Tivoli in IcelandI have also founded and run my own online business for professional haircare products, the first of its kind in Iceland.
