Since 2013 Egita has worked with more than 15 international startup accelerator batches and she knows the process from A to Z, but always strives to improve. She has run batches as Managing Director and also in other roles at Startup Wise Guys, but her love & hate relationship with startups started way before in Seattle when working for Techstars. Currently she works on partnership projects for Startup Wise Guys in Southeast Europe leading Tech Boost program, as well as Managing director of Cyber batches. Egita can help with general business strategy, preparing for applying to an accelerator, as well help to create and finetune your investor pitch. Egita also plays part in Latvian startup ecosystem, formerly designing EU support projects in Ministry of Economics, running TechHub Riga and organising TechChill, taking the position of chairwoman of the Startin.lv - Latvian startup association, and been part of SXSW Accelerator Pitch Event Advisory Board of 2018. If you want to make her day - justify the texts in Word documents, read her emails carefully and make sure you deliver on your promises. But if that sounds kind of boring, don't be mislead - she can also be caught singing karaoke, running through forests at night and enjoying a good cocktail. And as a real startup enthusiast, she loves coffee, and you can always try to ''bribe'' her with ice cream.
