I specialize in developing AI strategy and creating tightly executed engineering roadmaps. I would next like to extend my role as CTO connecting my skills in technical strategy with the execution means of the large teams I have managed previously to drive quantum change for a larger company with a broad technical footprint. WHERE I THRIVE & WHY I thrive in environments where volatility, ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty exist because I am adept at making critical decisions with incomplete information, which is crucial in fast paced environments. To do this, I institute a comprehensive development process to streamline agile product launches and allow quick course corrections with new insight into technology decisions, and product/market fit. I’ve developed a “Moneyball” style recruiting framework to quickly recruit high-quality diverse talent and achieve high retention, attracting the best talent for the stage and needs of the company.
