Elina Petrillo is Vice President for HR Technology and HR Service Center functions at Northwell Health. She leads enterprise-wide HR digital transformation to improve and innovate workforce experience, drive efficiency, harness data insights, and prepare the business for growth. She is responsible for strategic direction, design, implementation, and execution of the HR Technology roadmap by collaborating with business and HR leaders and cross-functional teams to implement Oracle HCM solutions. She is a results-driven, dynamic leader with a bold vision and proven track record of defining and delivering creative business and technology solutions. Elina applies broad expertise in digital, cloud technology, product management, and analytics to implement the right tools and processes to increase efficiency and productivity. She is an innovator effective at translating complex business problems to articulate clear value propositions and envision new possibilities, change agent that inspires and empowers teams to create and deliver value and pro-actively respond to challenges and opportunities. Elina worked diligently though her career with business and HR leaders on radically improve talent strategy, technology, and leadership – as well as the vendors who serve them. In her leadership role, Elina directs efforts to streamline HR systems and technology, elevates process and service delivery to drive stronger business performance by improving agility, innovation and productivity as well as the engagement of employees. Previously, she worked with OCIO, Nursing, and Payroll to rollout Enterprise Scheduling and Time/Attendance platform throughout every facility at Northwell. Elina has also led high-performing digital teams to create innovative solutions to manage internal staffing agency. Elina’s strengths include positivity, passion, and a can-do attitude. Elina has a degree in Public Administration from Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
