Elina Petrillo is Vice President for HR Technology and HR Service Center functions at Northwell Health. She leads enterprise-wide HR digital transformation to improve and innovate workforce experience, drive efficiency, harness data insights, and prepare the business for growth. She is responsible for strategic direction, design, implementation, and execution of the HR Technology roadmap by collaborating with business and HR leaders and cross-functional teams to implement Oracle HCM solutions. She is a results-driven, dynamic leader with a bold vision and proven track record of defining and delivering creative business and technology solutions. Elina applies broad expertise in digital, cloud technology, product management, and analytics to implement the right tools and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
