Values-forward executive leader with 20+ years’ experience driving business and technology teams. I lead with a strong bias for kindness and excellence, consistency and action. I bring a fearless and empathetic approach to difficult situations, with a core leadership philosophy rooted in Servant Leadership and Radical Candor. I address the elephant in the room, creating clarity and operationalizing quickly and efficiently to create impactful outcomes. My priority is using data to drive results, with the core of it all being the people - our colleagues and our customers - finding belonging and success together. I have extensive experience with team turnarounds and stabilization, building for growth and scale, M&A planning and integration. I've supported 2 successful exits as a leadership team member, with deep experience consulting clients through their own M&A and PMI processes. Additionally, I enjoy coaching and mentoring startups and new talent through Turing School of Software & Design, Techstars, and Go Code Colorado.
