Over ten years of experience in operations, project management, growth strategy, organizational development, facilitation, leadership development and managing teams remotely. I have worked for award-winning startups and organizations in Africa, Southeast Asia and the U.S. managing global projects and teams. In my previous role, I oversaw all global programs, operations, strategy, talent and business development for the organization's largest impact unit. I have a proven track record of executing bold ideas and have frequently been tasked with designing and overseeing new initiatives that have led to larger revenue streams and expanded partnerships for our company. I am an ideas generator who provides high-level strategic thinking while still keen on details. On the side, I provide organizational strategy consulting, helping teams and companies optimize their processes and operations and advising teams on project design. I have also been invited to speak on panels as well as guest lectured at universities on the topics of building social impact networks and women's entrepreneurship. My other passion is yoga. After earning my teaching certification in India, I started a yoga business and enjoy working with my students on strengthening their personal practice.
