I am a human Resources professional with progressive total rewards, payroll, mobility / immigration, mergers & acquisitions, and human resources operations expertise. I have worked both in-house and as a consultant / advisor with companies from start-up / pre-IPO stage to mature 10,000+ employee companies. I have newly been appointed as the VP, Total Rewards & HR Operations for Crunchyroll. Previously, as the Senior Director of Global Benefits, Well-Being and Mobility at DocuSign I built a team of exceptional talent, drove innovation in the well-being space and produced over 50% engagement in mental health programs. Additionally, I currently serve as an advisory council member for start-ups in the People Technology space. I am passionate about designing and implementing innovative concepts to advance a company’s mission. My deep empathy, compassion and drive to create some of the best and most innovative HR programs around has helped organizations I support reach and exceed their overall company goals (saving time, money and effort).
