I've always been passionate about new challenges and learning by being out of my comfort zone. I did my bachelor's degree in psychology in Trois-Rivières and my master's degree in guidance sciences in Quebec City. Throughout my professional, personal and sports career, I have developed an expertise in working with athletes and performance anxiety. Following my internship at the counseling and orientation clinic of Laval University, I spent a year traveling in Australia and started my private practice upon my return to Quebec.
