Emily Fabiano is the Founder of Workmorphis, a cross-sector workforce consultancy helping organizations build a more resilient workforce to thrive in a changing economy. Workmorphis provides a full suite of strategic workforce solutions to industry, education, and government in the Midwest and across the country. Fabiano serves on the OhioX Board of Directors to promote and develop Ohio as a world-class destination for tech talent and innovation. In her previous role with the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation, Fabiano worked on behalf of two administrations, led collaboration with 17 state agencies overseeing $900 million in annual workforce investments, and designed a program that has provided more than 30,000 technology-focused credentials to Ohioans.
