I am a highly motivated and reliable team player, with the ability to manage my time to deliver multiple tasks, alongside continuing my professional development. As part of being Social Value Manager on the M42 junction 6 and more recently the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet, I have built relationships with people from multiple disciplines, including Senior Leadership, as well as key external stakeholders. I enjoy collaborating with local and national organisations to explore how our project and Skanska UK can create an inclusive culture where we attract and retain diverse talent. I also believe in shouting about the good work we do so that early talent can see our progress, rather than the Construction Industry’s negative historical stereotypes. I believe prioritising inclusion is crucial to encouraging innovation and increasing diversity within our project and industry.
