Joining with many words and worlds, I've done a bit of Anything, enough to know My Place and My Purpose. My goal is to assist others as they discover the same for Their Selves. ''It'll be alwright™ is dedicated to improving the global wellbeing of Humanity by sharing positive vibes while educating both individuals and collectives on their personal potential.'' - It'll be alwright™ Mission Statement ** Emily Wright is a rising voice in Generation Z, with an eclectic background encompassing child care, education, marketing, and management, to name a few. I have assisted in the growth of multiple small businesses, including establishment of North America’s first vegetarian grocery store, Larry’s Market, in British Columbia, Canada. As a writer, my first book, ‘The 100 Days of Colour: Celebrating Frequetic Beauty,’ (in the works) is a firm look at the connection between algorithmic and subconscious bias, and discusses the psychology behind discrimination and how we can make positive progress in light of our biases. It’ll be alwright™, is the foundation of my multi-faceted business endeavours that focus on cultivating individual potential to facilitate collective healing. *** Key Topics: * Bias and discrimination - The main hub of my work is in the psychology of discrimination and how it connects to all other factors of our lives. * Education and educational reform - If our education systems were successful, we would have world peace right now. We don't, so we need change. * Self-health and Wellbeing - I feel that disconnection from understanding of self is the root of many of our species' problems that causes massive ripple effects. In order for us to tackle global issues, we also need to address our personal ones. * Social implications of technology - We are fast approaching a crossroads, and we need to make sure that, however we decide to design our future civilization, we need to accommodate everyone without disconnecting from our Environment. * Consciousness and Our Conscious Evolution - I am a lucid dreamer and have done a lot of work learning about the relationship between the Subconscious and Conscious Minds. My first book, 'The 100 Days of Colour: Celebrating Frequetic Beauty' actually includes a new theory of consciousness that I developed by looking at patterns in neural networks in both us as humans and in our technology (specifically the Spotify program).
