I have worked as a consultant for Customer Success teams as well as an executive and operations lead at growth startups in the technology sector. With nearly 15 years’ experience coordinating teams across Sales, Post-Sales and Product/Delivery, ensuring successful customer interactions, I view the startup experience through a unique and collaborative lens. Prior to my work in the tech industry, I was an independent film and media producer in New York City. I consider myself a New Yorker (a title I earned after living in Manhattan for eleven years) even though I grew up in the wilds of northern Idaho near the Canadian border. I am a classically trained vocalist and attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. I have a degree in Musical Theater from The New School University. When I have some time available, I train for triathlon, enjoy indoor rock climbing, traveling, backpacking and keeping my voice well-tuned singing in volunteer choirs. I have worked with several non-profits including JCCA and Resound Ensemble and have served on the board as treasurer for Canticorum Virtuosi, Inc. and Pen Parentis, Ltd.
