New challenges and endeavors have fuelled my professional life over the past 2 decades. Across three continents, I have designed and implemented concrete and innovative solutions in B2C as well as B2B environments. I managed to reinvent myself, my job and the businesses I worked in, by always having an avid interest in the world that surrounds me. In 2018, I decided to give my professional life a totally new direction by joining beqom. So today managing EMEA South at beqom, I help large companies improve their employees’ engagement thanks to transparent and fair compensation and increase the efficiency of their processes through beqom’s powerful software. A shared vision, a good ear and solid follow-through are the three pillars that have allowed me to successfully manage my teams over the years and across the globe.
