I'm passionate about organizational transformation, teamwork, and adding value through simple solutions to complex problems. In my current role I managed a talented group of individuals in the digital space to help R&D become a ‘virtual-first’ organization. My team efforts have impacted a portfolio of more than $8B while being recognized by R&D for 'Exceptional Teamwork'. Prior to digitalization, I launched innovation that landed in 35 countries and led core product upgrades for multi-billion dollar brands. I also delivered strategy and portfolio management for our Foods and Compliance divisions, including annual operating plan design. Currently, 14 of my 21 patents are in use by PepsiCo as a process or a product. I enjoy family time, traveling, mentoring, and tennis. Whether it is in Spanish or English, I also enjoy networking and making new professional acquaintances.
