Eran Elhanani is the co-founder of BullPerks - a top ranking Decentralized VC and Multi Chain Launchpad and GamesPad - a complete Gaming, Metaverse and NFT eco system. He is also the founder of Partone Capital - an investment firm Focused on Defi, NFT and protocols on the blockchain as well as a Venture Partner at a boutique VC where he's focused on Fintech and Blockchain. He is a real estate professional who has truly done it all. He specializes in sales of condos, co-ops, townhouses and investment properties, as well as representing new developments and developers in the city. He also advises family offices and HNW families regarding their real estate investments. He has been involved in over $500M in real estate deals. Some of his recent deals Include a $120M development site assemblage in prime Manhattan where he represented both the sellers and buyer and a $24M condo sale where he represented the buyer. His clients are truly global and include some of the wealthiest families from America to Israel, Spain, Brazil, Columbia, China, Korea, India, Australia and more. Before starting his career in real estate, Eran spent five years in the high-tech industry working for world leading companies. He also co-founded Nascendi-Tec, a telecommunication and information technology company, in which he raised $1.2 Million in capital from the Technion incubator in Haifa.
