I've been a builder and developer in NYC for the last eighteen years. The son of an NYC Architect, I have completed over $950 million worth of Real Estate Development and just over $500 million in total Construction costs representing approximately 800 units built and occupied with in NYC. I now run a Development and Distressed Capital Real Estate Fund to provide much needed capital to distressed Real Estate Builders/ Developers. Our niche is using not only our experience but our expertise and influence in the Proptech/ Contech Venture world to incorporate the game changing technologies to drive ROI and efficiency.
