Experienced Board of Director and Treasurer with international finance, global public policy leadership and investment management experience. Serve on government, public pension plans and NGO boards. Served as a Delegate on the 4th & 5th USAID MiDA U.S. Institutional Investor Delegations to Dakar, Senegal, Nairobi, Kenya, Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa. Member of the NASP/MiDA Africa Institutional Investor Advisory Council ("AIIAC").

Leadership roles included Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee; Deputy Minority Leader; and Vice Chairman Special Legislative Management Committee. Co-Sponsored tax credits, tax abatement legislation. Supported the tapping of capital markets to finance Fairfield's transition to clean energy through investments in gas boilers and solar panels and Public Private Partnerships.

Prior to entering government finance, held accounting and finance positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, IBM Global Financing, Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, Price Waterhouse and Soros Fund Management.

Pursuing post graduate studies with a focus on international portfolio management and global development at Harvard University. Hold a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with concentration in Latin American History from Adelphi University. Research focuses on global portfolio management, organizational restructurings, and institutional investors influence on driving board diversity and governance policy.
