Bio

I was a serving officer in the maritime component of the Irish Defence Forces retiring in 2019 after 26 years service with the rank of Commander / Lieutenant Colonel. I held numerous command roles in home waters (resource protection, Search & Rescue, drugs interdiction), overseas (irregular migrant rescue in the Mediterranean) and serving with United Nations peace keeping forces in South Lebanon. In 2019, I joined PwC as a Senior Manager in the Governance, Risk & Compliance Practice specialising in Operational Resilience, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management. I bring practical and theoretical experience to the table and will work with you to provide solutions compatible for your organisation.
