Bio

Tech lead and engineering manager in the fintech industry. Trained in software engineering, hardware design and diplomacy - doing a bit of all. As a product engineer, I promote test driven engineering, domain driven design, lean development principles, data-drivenness, product mindset, focus on full test automation and system monitoring coverage, blameless postmortems, end-to-end product ownership by engineers including relationships and negotiations with partners. Outside daily work, as an engineer I build and program autonomous robots (since 2010), hack some IOT projects and sometimes contribute to open-source projects.
