Early in my career, my passion for helping people lead me to managing a home health care company in Virginia Beach, VA. Over three years, I grew the business from a team of 12 to over 225 employees breaking records and helping hundreds of individuals with their in-home healthcare needs. After that success, opportunities opened that allowed me to spend years in business marketing and sales management making big businesses wealthy. It was not until I went through the process of purchasing my own home that I realized how much more rewarding it could be to help individuals and FAMILIES make the most of their investment in ​a ​home. As a military wife, daughter, and sister, I was proud to assist JBGoodwin REALTORS​® and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World with the development of U.S. Military on the Move in my early real estate career. After three years in real estate, I was recognized as one of the Platinum Top 50 REALTORS​® in San Antonio and have continued to receive this recognition consistently. I have been recognized for my success with corporate relocation, as one of the Top 20 Luxury REALTORS​® in the city by the San Antonio Business Journal, and have sat on numerous committees for the San Antonio Board of REALTORS​®. After years of educating ​and​ coaching our JBGoodwin Agent Partners, J.B. Goodwin & Reagan Greer promoted me to the Sales Manager and eventually the Vice President of the San Antonio Division.
