Erin worked on Wall Street when pregnancy was hidden and pay was secret. As a TEDx speaker and thought leader, Erin is a frequent speaker on the topic of workplace equity, closing the gender wage and financial gaps, and leadership. Erin inspires audiences to take action and create change in their communities and organizations. Erin leads Poker Power, a PEAK6 edtech company with a mission to teach one million women how to play the game…the game of poker and the game of life. Learning to think, strategize, take risks and allocate capital, like a winning poker player, translates to increased confidence and competence—key skills that help women succeed from the classroom to the board room. One hundred million+ people play poker; fewer than 10% are women. Poker Power is fixing that. Previously, Erin was the Strategic Advisor to the management team at Evil Geniuses, a legendary esports organization. She was a Vice President at JPMorgan and served as an independent director for Roomlinx and Marbles: the Brain Store.
