Walks on the beach, afternoon naps, and time with friends and family are a few of the things in this world that bring me joy. At this stage of life, I find myself on a continuous search to find balance and meaning in my studies, career, and relationships. Although I enjoy time to myself, I thrive best in collaboration with others - which contributed in part to my decision to pursue a career in counselling. It is a profound honour for me to engage in relationship with others and accompany them through the joys and sorrows of life. In my current role as a graduate student, I am dedicated to conducting research on the experience of finding meaning in life after suffering a traumatic brain injury (TBI). My clinical passions include supporting those experiencing grief, anxiety, depression and challenges that accompany life transitions.
