As a general manager with different experiences in IT Services and Human Capital Management consulting I have had the opportunity to lead organizations with various teams and cultures. Over my past experiences, my core mission was to help customers, organisations and talents to take benefit of the amazing opportunity that the digital transformation could offer to them. I’m also passionate about diversity and I'm an inclusion advocate. I have created and led the first women network of ManpowerGroup France. I’m actively involved in community and executive speaker events as I’m a strong believer that diversity will shape the future.
