Someone who is in constant learning. That's me – learning and unlearning, always. I believe that businesses and companies can and should be instruments of transformation in order to achieve a more sustainable and inclusive world and a less unequal society. My career was built through experiences in large companies, in different market segments such as electrical equipment, synthetic fibers and pulp and paper. Through this path, I had different responsibilities in commercial, marketing, strategy, logistics & supply chain, P&L areas - living and working in Brazil, USA and Europe. I was lucky to work with/in fantastic teams. At the same time, I had the support of mentors who helped me along the way. Today I am the executive director of Suzano's Paper and Packaging Business Unit. Our goal is to contribute to a better world through PAPER: this product that comes from a renewable base - the eucalyptus tree - and that can be a solution to many of our global challenges. That's why we say: paper is the future!
