I’m a cosmopolitan entrepreneur, lawyer, fiduciary, and author, who is often often described as a world-leading expert on offshore strategies, corporate haven, international investments, and global mindset lifestyles. My main interests include business globalisation, corporate finance, tax planning, M&A, fintech, and international investing. I believe globalising is the future and my international experience and high-level economic, financial and political networks, allow me to interface daily with corporations, entrepreneurs, and professionals from any sector, and country. I leverage my knowledge, contacts, and experience to make companies more competitive, by globalising their business, lightening their tax overload, having greater security and protection, growing in new markets, and guaranteeing a future for their business. I have experience working for 'big four' global consulting firms and experience in over ten international jurisdictions across Finance, E-Business, Fashion, Real Estate, Publishing, Events, Automotive, Food & Beverage, FinTech, and Yachting industries. I have a master's degree in law with a specialisation in corporate law, an MBA, and a master's from the prestigious London Business School. A keen traveller, I have spent time in over 100 countries, exploring emerging markets, establishing important relationships with an extensive global network of influential contacts in high finance, international business, investment, government, diplomacy, and real estate. My network of influential contacts has been built over years participating in some of the world’s most exclusive conferences, forums, and high-profile events (including the Oscars, Cannes Film Festival, World Economic Forum, and Golden Globe Awards). I am also motivated to support philanthropic activities and serve on the board of a charity foundation based in Hollywood, and raise funds for numerous international foundations. Among my clients are well-known entrepreneurs, UHNWI, Forbes Global 2000 companies, professional sportsmen (F1 and MotoGP drivers, tennis players, and footballers), Arab Sheikhs, aristocrats, celebrities, socialites, and people with a net wealth of 7- to 8 figures. A cosmopolitan, who speaks five languages, I identify as a citizen of the world and am familiar with the culture and traditions of Arab, Russian and Chinese communities.
