Fulfillment on Mars, anyone? ;) I turned my problem into a business— and built the first robotic fulfillment solution in the MENA region. It all started with an idea in mid-2018. I've set out to build an e-grocery business and noticed a huge challenge: the lack of reliable logistics solutions. That made me think, ''How can I solve this, not only for myself but for every SME entrepreneur out there whose big dream and ideas are held back by the same challenges?'' This question led the ‘techy’ in me to the world of robotics, which would optimize time, space, and efficiency. And suddenly, a eureka moment struck me: “Why don't I open a robotic fulfillment solution for the MENA region and a technology arm that powers me and everyone else?” That’s how my 3 ventures were born: IQ Fulfillment, IQ Robotics, and IQ Xpress. Three interlinked startups meant to unlock eCommerce growth for all. The common denominator of the three is our fierce dedication to supporting entrepreneurs and their vision. We empower their trailblazing ideas with our infrastructure, technology, and service, which creates a ripple effect that impacts many industries in the region. And soon, in the world. We launched in November 2019 and were hit by the pandemic. But that didn't stop us.
