I’ve devoted my career to building global businesses, educating and enhancing environmental social and governance by championing a culture of responsibility, fostering sustainability, and building diverse teams. In doing so, I have become recognized as an industry authority, thought leader, and subject matter expert in diversity, marketing, innovation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and risk management. BUILDING BRANDS & CHAMPIONING ESG A purpose-driven leader, I have a nationally-renowned track record of delivering profits, groundbreaking initiatives and CSR/ESG programs for global enterprises working with the Board of Directors and their teams. We managed risks by proactively developing programs and solutions. ► For 5 straight years, I led a global company to be listed as one of the most diverse organizations as well as to be recognized by the Dow Jones Sustainability Index as the hospitality ESG world leader. INSPIRING DIVERSE & INCLUSIVE TEAMS I am a champion of change known for surpassing ambitious objectives working with a diverse ESG council for environmental impact, human rights, corporate giving, staff diversity, ethics, and responsible supply chain management. ► We grew the global charitable giving program and inspired diverse teams. We brought 27% of the $2.1 billion supply chain to meet our sustainability goals, and worked with our diversity council to raise diversity spend to $1.4 billion over 10 years. FOSTERING INNOVATION & DRIVING SUSTAINABILITY Across the hospitality industry, I am known for creating, marketing, and developing new business programs that leverage innovation, diverse stakeholders and emerging technologies. ► While reducing carbon emissions 43% and water consumption by 20% on a global scale, we saved $91+ million dollars in energy/water expenses.
